About Lift

LIFT’s vision as a church is to be a multicultural community of people who worship the resurrected and living Christ, love with His love, and walk by His grace, fulfilling His purpose.

LIFT is a non-denominational church that stands firm on the Bible; our core beliefs are summarized in the Apostles' Creed. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

The Purpose, Vision and Beliefs of Lift

To glorify God
This is why we were created and is our chief end (Revelation 4:11).

To minister to and equip believers
The defining purpose of the early church structure (Ephesians 4:11-12 / Hebrews 6:1-3)

To fulfill the Great Commission
Sharing the redemptive love of Jesus Christ with others is the ultimate goal of any healthy, well-equipped church living in God’s glory (Matthew 28:19-20).

In other words

Lift is composed of people with different backgrounds, nationalities and languages who come together in the name of Jesus, united by our faith and the common language of English. We believe in Jesus Christ crucified and risen again, and we hold the Bible as our source of truth. We long to honor God through our lives, living out our faith as we worship, pray & serve Him and each other. We desire to be a voice of hope for those around us as we live out our faith and give it away by reaching out to the community.
