Lift is a Christian church that believes that the Bible is the Word of God.

Our vision is to show others the way to God through Jesus, by loving them through the Gospel.

To reach our vision, we aim to:

1. Worship Jesus together weekly as a biblical community.

   • "They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." (Acts 2:42 NIV)

2. Effectively reach others with the Gospel through any means possible that glorifies Jesus.

   • "To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some." (1 Corinthians 9:22 NIV)

3. Bless and build up communities that God is placing in our way and into our hearts.

   • "In the same way, the gospel is bearing fruit and growing throughout the whole world—just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and truly understood God’s grace." (Colossians 1:6 NIV) 

4. Intentionally disciple people to become followers of Jesus.

   • "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.." (Matthew 28:19-20 NIV)
